Step into the Void a time for Sacred Pause
Join me in Brighton at the Energy for Life Studio for a divine goddess end of summer immersion. As we cross the half way point of the year, the balsamic, dark moon is the perfect time to go within and reflect deeply. Working with the Dark Moon we will surrender to the mysteries of the void. From this transitional space we can dream or tap into visions, allowing them to come organically instead of insisting that the future make itself known.
This ceremony will allow you to create the space within, so that you can connect to the universe to allow the flow of abundance to come naturally. Opening to receive guidance and insights from the universe, we can allow all that needs to be healed and soothed to be transmuted in the void.
Expect soothing and healing breathwork and meditation and lots of etheric Kundalini practises to elevate your spirit through the womb, third eye and crown. This is a great opportunity for you to return to your centre and create balance and harmony from within.
This is an opportunity for you to breath and simply be. Stop doing. Surrender. Allow the mystery and flow of abundance to come through you.
The goddess, kundalini energy is the energy of creation. Awaken the goddess within by activating your Kundalini Energy with breath work, movement, meditation and energy healing. You will learn how to quieten the mind to dissolve negative, low vibrational thoughts and emotions. We will use powerful mantra and heart opening meditation to produce feel-good vibes, elevating you in to a joyful and peaceful state of receptivity so that you can receive intuitive guidance. I will channel in goddess archetypes to understand challenges and assist you in your empowerment. The session begins with an oracle/tarot reading for group guidance. Come alone or bring your family/and or friends. This is a celebration of the goddess within you. Awaken to your highest potential.
How to Prepare
There are no entry requirements to join. All that is required is an open mind. Bring water, pen and paper for journaling, and anything to place on the altar. We will be seated on yoga mats during the session. Physical kundalini yoga and movement is part of the session.
