Join me for this special Kundalini Breathwork and Meditation Evening. Tonight April 15 class will be held at my home studio.

Has eclipse season left you feeling battered and bruised? The high energy drama has caused overwhelm and stress for so many people. It’s time to return home to the safe and peaceful haven within. This month’s class will focus on cleansing ourselves, removing subconscious blocks and fears.  This will be an uplifting and energising class, with the intention to anchor you into trust and self-belief. Quiet your mind, let go of control and expand into the unknown.

Kundalini Goddess Class

Shared Intention for this evening: My breath is my power to create. I release fear and expand into trust and confidence.

Your breath is your anchor, it’s your life force. In Kundalini Yoga we use the breath to raise our awareness and expand our consciousness.  Pranayama will help to empty your cluttered mind and assist you in entering into deeper meditation.

 Learn silence. With the quiet serenity of a meditative mind, listen, absorb, transcribe, and transform. Deep breathing is our nervous system’s love language. Breath is your gateway to inner peace and calm.

In this class we will use pranayama to oxygenate the entire body, clear the mind, and strengthen the nervous system. In Kundalini breath is also used for balancing the two hemispheres of the brain, cleaning the aura, detoxifying the body, improving digestion, and releasing fears, insecurity, irritability, depression, and other fear-based blocks. The class will finish with a deeply relaxing gong healing.

What to expect:

Open to all levels. You need the ability to sit crossed legged. Bring a yoga mat and cushion and blanket for relaxation. Also bring water. Any questions please ask. £15 investment
