Join me in Battle Woods to merge with Gaia at this special ceremony to honour the Autumn Equinox. In the sacred and serene setting of the forest, we will allow nature to ground, sooth and balance us. The autumn equinox occurs a few days after the very powerful full moon eclipse, so this grounding immersion into nature will come at the perfect moment. This will be a journey of deeply rooted connection to mother earth’s medicine.
It will begin with a mindful, forest bathing walk to our ceremony location. The ceremony will allow you to align and transition to the new energy of the season. The Autumn Equinox is a powerful time for renewal and finding balance as we move from the vibrancy of summer to the calm and introspective energy of autumn. A time to turn inward and reflect.
We will open the space with by drinking Cacao, honouring mother earth and opening our hearts to her wisdom. This ceremony is open to everyone, so bring a friend and let’s come together! It will be a peaceful and joyful celebration.

How to Prepare
There are no entry requirements to join. All that is required is an open mind. This is an outdoor/all weather event. You will need to bring your own yoga mat/or something to sit on. You can bring a cushion and a blanket. Wear warm clothing/layers. Wate proof jacket. Bring water, pen and paper for journaling, and anything to place on the altar.

Meeting Point
We will meet at Battle Woods car park and walk together to the location (about 15 mins walk). Wear waterproof boots/suitable walking shoes. I might be able to co-ordinate car shares if anyone doesn’t drive and wants to attend. Please contact me.

Hi, I’m Katie. I look forward to welcoming you to this special forest ceremony. I’ve been teaching Kundalini Yoga for 7 years. I have created my own unique blend of kundalini, ceremonial, and shamanic practices. I have held ceremonies indoors and outdoors all over the UK. Holding outdoor ceremony is extra special as it allows you to really embrace all of nature and I have learned to expect and accept a few surprises along the way!
