In this fast paced life, our souls are craving inner peace. In this class we will work to restore our inner harmony.

Open to all levels, no previous experience required. £12 drop-in. Mats provided, but please bring your own cushion/blanket for relaxation. I look forward to sharing this space with you. Held every Friday.
